List Parameters by Lake	Get a list of parameters monitored for the selected sample point along with dates for first and last record and number of records.
List Lake Sites by Parameter	Select a parameter and get a list of lake sites where that parameter is monitored along with dates for first and last record and number of records.
Detailed Monitoring Data Report with Chart	Select a single parameter, and a date range and get a detailed table and chart of surface monitoring results (depth < 1 meter) for the selected site.
Multi-Parameter Crosstab Report	Select one or more parameters, and a date range and get a table of monitoring results for all depths in a crosstab layout for the selected site.
